These terms apply to the BuraqPass app and website, operated by Buraq Alliance L.L.C-FZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using BuraqPass you agree to them.
1. What BuraqPass is
BuraqPass is a platform that connects equipment owners with third-party inspection (TPI) companies, keeps machine certificates in one place and lets anyone verify a certificate. BuraqPass is not itself an inspection body unless stated on a specific certificate.
2. Accounts
- You must give correct information and keep your login details private.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
3. Inspection companies
- Inspection companies must hold the licences and approvals needed for the work they accept, and keep the documents they upload true and current.
- The inspection company alone is responsible for its inspections, findings and the certificates it issues.
- Rates, commissions and service fees shown or agreed in BuraqPass apply to requests made through the platform.
4. Equipment owners
- You are responsible for keeping your equipment safe, maintained and legally certified.
- Reminders are a help, not a guarantee. Always check expiry dates yourself.
- Payment for an inspection is between you and the inspection company, as agreed in the request.
5. Certificates and verification
A verification page shows the record as held in BuraqPass at that moment. A certificate that is cancelled or expired will be shown as such. Uploading false or altered certificates is not allowed.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, try to access other users' data, upload harmful files or use BuraqPass for anything unlawful.
7. Liability
BuraqPass is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by inspections, certificates or decisions made by inspection companies or users, or by interruptions of the service.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
